W.A.R. Eagles Songwriting Project: Day 1

Students have begun writing lyrics and arranging music for their original W.A.R. Eagles compositions. Each song has to include our Heights Academy team name (WAR Eagles) and slogan (We Achieve Results), but students are free to choose the tempo, form, and style of their song. Students are working in small groups for this project, building on their previous accomplishments with composition and performance, form analysis, and analysis of song lyrics. Every group has been working enthusiastically on their song in preparation for the first presentation of their work.
